One-Time Payments

Swatchd operates on a one-time payment model (Day Passes and Project Plans). We do not offer recurring subscriptions or a free tier. Your purchase provides immediate access to our specialized AI workspace and credit-based exploration system.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase, provided that:

  • An AI Room Diagnosis has not been initiated.
  • No "Exploration Credits" have been consumed for Colour Reports or Visualizations.

Once an AI feature has been used—including running the Stage 1 Audit or generating a render—the service is considered "consumed" due to the immediate API costs incurred, and a refund cannot be issued.

How to Request

To request a refund, please email us with your details. We process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.

Note on Payments

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. If you have a technical issue preventing you from using your credits, please contact support before initiating a dispute with your bank, as we can often resolve the issue or credit your account manually.
